    Our facility is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Rain or shine, load shedding or not. But if you would like to speak to a human, our staffed hours are: Mon - Thur 9am - 8pm Fri 9am - 6pm Sat 9am - 2pm For the quickest response, reach out via whatsapp on 079 738 2958 during staffed hours.

  • What are your Club Rules?
    OUR CLUB, OUR RULES 1. Please take the time to read through these rules carefully. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you and / or your guest do not stick to these rules. 2. You, your dependent, or guest can be held liable for any damage caused to the Club, equipment, or premises as a result of your negligence or non-adherence to these rules. FIRST THINGS FIRST 3. First-timers must complete a Pre-Activity Questionnaire (“PAQ”) before using the Aspire Fitness Club (“Club”). Should you be a moderate or high-risk member, based on your PAQ, a Medical Clearance Certificate (“MCC”) issued by a registered medical practitioner should be submitted before you can start training. 4. All members must have their photograph taken when joining the Club. ACCESS 5. You may not allow anyone else to use your access tag to enter the Club. 6. Please ensure that nobody tailgates and enters behind you. 7. The management and staff of the Club reserve the right of entry into the club. 8. You will be issued with an access tag when you join our club. You will not be permitted or able to access the Club without your access tag. 9. Should your access key be damaged, or lost, please notify the Club immediately. 10. Unfortunately, you cannot enter our club if your membership fees are not up to date or if we have terminated, suspended, or frozen your membership. If your fees are not paid up in full, our operating system will block your access to the Club automatically. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY 11. To avoid damaging your muscles or straining your heart, take the time to warm up before exercise and make sure to cool down after your training session. 12. Should you begin to feel unwell and experience symptoms such as pain, dizziness, headache, or chest pain: • stop exercising immediately; and • inform a staff member; or • use one of the 24-hour emergency buttons located throughout the Club. 13. You should inform us if there are any changes in your medical condition that might affect your ability to train safely. 14. Please use the equipment for its intended purpose and follow the instructions provided. 15. Please inspect equipment before use and do not use equipment that appears damaged and/or inoperable or any component appears to be missing or damaged. 16. When using strength equipment, make sure that the weight pin is completely inserted. Never pin the weight stack in an elevated position. Inspect all cables, straps, and other connections before use. 17. Please do not use dumbbells or any other equipment, other than equipment specifically provided by the manufacturer, to incrementally increase weight resistance on strength equipment. 18. Ensure that the belt or any other moving parts has come to a complete stop before stepping onto or getting off a treadmill or any of the other equipment. 19. Do not tamper with emergency exit doors or any safety devices installed in the Club or on the premises. This includes the emergency buttons throughout the Club and the emergency board which includes the AED. 20. Please follow the health & safety notices displayed throughout the Club. 21. Please take note of the emergency procedures. If there is an emergency, please always follow the staff’s instructions. 22. Do not run in the Club and be aware of the different floor surfaces that you move across as you walk through the club. 23. As ongoing cleaning and maintenance is taking place, related tools and equipment may be hazardous and some floor surfaces may be wet or slippery. Please proceed with caution. BRING-YOUR-FRIEND-TO-GYM-DAY 24. You are allowed to invite a guest to your training sessions. 25. Your guest: will be required to pay a guest pass fee for the day. will have to complete our guest register and provide a copy of their ID/Passport or driver’s license before entering the club. must be over 18 years of age. must always adhere to the Club rules. COMMON COURTESY 26. Do not remove any Club equipment, property, or items within the Club. 27. Members should always use the Club, its equipment, and facilities responsibly. 28. Please return weights to the designated racks after use. 29. Suitable and appropriate exercise clothing and closed training shoes must be always worn while exercising in the Club. 30. Always use a towel and wipe down equipment after use. Wipes and sanitizer are provided in club. 31. Do not drop or throw weights. 32. Please adhere to time limits if specified on equipment. 33. No food, drinks or bags allowed on the training floor, except for water bottles and sports drinks. If you do spill your water or sports drink, please wipe it up or alert the staff member. JUST BE LEKKER 34. You may not enter the Club or use the facilities or equipment while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or performance enhancing drugs. 35. You may not use foul, loud, or abusive language & must not be physically or sexually abusive toward, or harass, any member, guest, visitor, tenant, or staff and. You may not bring the Club, its members, management, or staff in disrepute or paint any one of the above-mentioned parties in a bad light. 36. Language that discriminates based on race, gender, sex, disability, social origin, or any other subject in our sole discretion will not be tolerated. NON-NEGOTIABLES 37. No Pets (other than guide dogs) are allowed in the Club. 38. No firearms or any other weapons are allowed in the Club. 39. No smoking and/or vaping is allowed in the Club or anywhere else on the premises of the Club. 40. No alcohol or drugs are allowed in the Club or anywhere else on the premises of the Club. 41. No photos or videos may be taken of any of our other members without their consent. 42. You may not sell and/or market any product or service to other members while in the Club unless you have written authorisation from the management or staff of the Club. LOCKERS & RESTROOMS 43. Only one individual per shower and toilet cubicle will be allowed at a time. 44. Lockers are provided in the change rooms. You are welcome to store your personal belongings, at your own risk, while you train. Please bring your own padlock. 45. We do not accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property of members or their guests whether locked in a locker or otherwise. 46. Personal belongings should not be left unattended in the change rooms or anywhere else in the Club. You accept full risk and responsibility for your property. 47. Management of a staff of the Club reserves the right to open a locker (by force if necessary), if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a locker is being used for storage of anything other than clothing or permissible personal belongings. 48. Any belongings left over night, will be removed & donated to charity within 14 (fourteen) days. AUTHORIZED PERSONAL TRAINERS ONLY 49. Only authorized Club Personal Trainers are permitted to provide personal training sessions in the Club. 50. Personal training by another member is not allowed - whether the personal training session is for payment or not. Failing to adhere to this rule may result in suspension or termination of your membership. HELP US HELP YOU 51. Please report any damage to equipment and or the club to a staff member. This can be done via email or directly in Club. 52. Any injuries, incidents, or hazards must be immediately reported to staff members via email or directly to staff and/or the security guard if after hours.
